This is how it all started…

Master philologist, literature, and law graduate, lifelong learner and migreneur worrior as well as a worrier.
Caught in a fever not to miss out on anything, I discovered breathing as an antidote. After meeting the yoga master Mina Lee I completed yoga teacher training with her, and traced the path what once looked like a hobby.
Breathing, meditation and yoga are helping me to cool down, organize my mess and transform myself and my fragile health, one baby step at a time.
There is a field where I find all the answers I look for, where I adapt my nature to modern life, and take the ticket to health and happiness.
This blog is my track to that field. It helps me follow and stay on the path. It is a nice cocktail of my love for literature and curiosity that stretches beyond asanas.
